Healing is a process of becoming more aware, to live more consciously, to live with less clutter
and more clarity. Dawna Markova puts it beautifully in her poem I Will Not Die an Unlived Life.
I Will Not Die an Unlived Life
I will not die an unlived life.
I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire.
I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me,
to make me less afraid, more accessible;
to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing,
a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance,
to live so that which came to me as seed goes to the next as blossom, and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.
~ Dawna Markova
How can you live fully today? If not now, then when?
Tools to help us live wide open and less afraid include healing modalities such as BodyTalk, Access Consciousness, Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique, and Reiki. I love BodyTalk as a home base because any of these modalities can come up as a priority under this umbrella approach to healing.
Sometimes it can be helpful to have a full Access Bars session or one of the other modalities I offer.
What Others Say...
Recently I talked with...Tone-Lise, about adding Access Bars to a session in order to work on some things that I was dealing with in my recent life events and journeys. And WOW!! The Access Bars session was so amazing, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before! It was so powerful! Although everyone’s experience is different, for me, I felt some of the energy sensations as things balanced, and I felt good and wonderful feelings of calm and inner peace even during the session.
After the session, truthfully for the first day or two, I felt really kind of icky and weird, and even a bit agitated and out of sorts. But then the 2nd – 3rd day, Holy Gosh! I suddenly had so much clarity, ideas, creativity, and confident and clear thinking all flowing. I also had such a wonderful calm about it all. I was able to really do some incredible inner journey steps, and to take some relaxation and thinking time for myself, in order to renew and move forward with some actions. ~ Melissa B.
The Access Bars is a set of 32 points on the head which, when lightly touched, stimulate positive change in the brain and defragment the electro-magnetic components of stress, limiting thoughts and emotions. This gentle, non-invasive technique works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored in the body and helps facilitate greater ease in all areas of life. A session of Access Bars can help with:
* Greater mental clarity
* Motivation
* Significant increase in joy and happiness * Deeper relaxation
* Insomnia
* Anxiety and depression
* Health and weight management

Science
Dr. Terrie Hope, PhD, discovered that Access Bars reduced the severity of anxiety symptoms and severity of depression symptoms significantly. The results of brainwave measurements before and after Access Bars showed an increase in brain coherence in all participants, indicating a change toward a normal state after the session. Optimal brain coherence influence intelligence, learning ability, alertness, reaction time and creativity.
